Save Your World, LLC displays the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, Save Your World, LLC cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We, at Save Your World™, thank you for your business and support in helping protect our rainforests. For every item purchased, one acre of rainforest is saved for one year. We hope you enjoy being a part of our mission, but more so, we hope you enjoy our line of 100% natural personal care products under the brands Save Your Skin™ and Save Your Hair™. 

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, if you purchased your Save Your Skin™ or Save Your Hair™ product from one of our partners, then you must return your item to that location and abide by that partners return policy.

However, if you purchased your product from this website, then we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date and provided that at least 75% of the product is remaining in the bottle or on the soap. Please note that due to our focused conservation mission, we cannot reimburse for shipping and handling charges and there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to your returned purchase.

To process a return

You may either phone our customer support staff at 877-2-SYW-NOW or submit a return authorization to our customer support staff at

Please include your original order email address, name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to return.

Within 24 – 48 hours we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and instructions regarding returning your item. We request that items be returned via a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Save Your World™ will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping returns.

A credit for the price of the item will be applied to your credit card or account. This credit will be processed within ten days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Shipping and handling are not refundable unless as a result of an error by Save Your World™.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item (with heat seal, packaging in place and in resalable condition). Then place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
