Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Company or purchasing Company products. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Company or to purchase Company products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this Site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Company. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Colors
Company displays the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, Company cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Modification of the Site and the Services
Company reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. Company may also impose limits on certain features of the Site or restrict your access to part or all of the Site without notice or penalty. We may suspend or terminate your account or your use of the Site at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Company without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

When you visit the Site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically via e-mail or by posting notices on the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this Site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site (including but not limited to the purchase of Company products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Company's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Company may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the Site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Company or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Company does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the Site, and are not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the Site, Company is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the Site. In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Company may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Company, Company has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Company. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Company seeks to protect the integrity of its Site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own Site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).
Geographic Scope of Site
Company controls and operates this Site from within the United States of America. Unless otherwise specified on or by this Site, this Site is intended to promote only those Company products that are sold by Company in the United States and its territories, and Company makes no representation that materials in this Site or the products described thereby are appropriate or available for use in other locations. All visitors to this Site are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to them with respect to the content and operation of this Site.
Children
Save Your World, LLC does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Save Your World LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We, at Save Your World thank you for your business and support in helping protect our rainforests. For every item purchased, one acre of rainforest is saved for one year. We hope you enjoy being a part of our mission, but more so, we hope you enjoy our line of all-natural personal care products under the brands Save Your Skin™, Save Your Body®, Save Your Hair®, Save Your Lips™ and an exclusive premium body care line with Whole Foods Market under the Save Your World™ brand.
In the event that you purchased any of our products from one of our partners and you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you must return your item to that location and abide by that partners return policy.
However, if you purchased your product from this Site, then we will gladly provide a refund of the original purchase price if returned within 30 days of your purchase date and provided that at least 75% of the product is remaining in the bottle or on the soap. Please note that due to our focused conservation mission, we cannot reimburse for shipping and handling charges and there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to your returned purchase. Please include your original order email address, name, phone number, original order number and the item number of the product you wish to return. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Within 24 – 48 hours we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and instructions regarding returning your item. We request that items be returned via a traceable shipping method such as UPS. Company will not be responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping returns. A credit for the price of the item will be applied to your credit card or account. This credit will be processed within ten days of the receipt of the returned merchandise. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Shipping and handling are not refundable unless as a result of an error by Company.
Exchanges
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our Site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item (with heat seal, packaging in place and in resalable condition). Then place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed. |
